The Simply Breathe Style 11 Necklace is the same size and shape as our popular keychain pendant, offering a comfortable, wearable breathing tool that’s perfect for everyday use. Designed to encourage slow, controlled breathing, it can help you reset, refocus and find calm during stressful moments or when you simply need a mindful pause.

This necklace is compatible with the included breathing filters and can also be used with compatible flavour inserts (cut in half) or extra slim plain or menthol-style filters for additional breathing resistance. Larger filters are not suitable and may become stuck.

Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, this necklace contains no electronics, batteries or moving parts—just a beautifully designed breathing tool that combines simplicity, style and everyday practicality.

I created Simply Breathe after losing my mum to a lung-related illness. During one of the hardest periods of my life, I discovered the benefits of mindful breathing and wanted to create a simple tool that could help others find moments of calm, reduce everyday stress and make breathing exercises easier to practise wherever they are.
